Registration for the fall semester is now open!

You will have to copy and paste all forms into a Word Document.  You will be able to print them out and send them in.  Please email me when you are ready to submit your forma and payments.

Everyone will be required to fill out each form and send in a non-refundable $45.00 Family Registration Fee.  This fee is per semester. 

Please be sure to include the Family Registration Form, Class Registration Form (one per child), Family Pledge, and Parent & Student Waiver Form.  All of these forms can be found on the website.  Titles will drop down with arrows

A deposit of $20.00 per class per student is also required.  Your deposit is non-refundable unless the class is cancelled.  The $20.00 deposit will be applied towards the class fee.  PLEASE MAKE INDIVIDUAL CHECKS FOR EACH CLASS.  MAKE YOUR CHECK PAYABLE TO THE INSTRUCTOR ONLY!!!!  You will have to re-issue any check if not made payable to the instructor.
